Conveniently located near the main square, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service. The free breakfast was a nice touch and the terrace offered a great place to relax and enjoy the sunset.
The lack of cleanliness in the rooms was noticeable, with the need for more regular cleaning and washing of the bedding. The hot water supply was inconsistent, causing inconvenience during showers.

The staff are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to assist guests, offering free tea upon return from a tiring day. The breakfast is tasty and served promptly. The comfortable beds and well-maintained bathrooms, with warm water and no queues, ensure a pleasant stay. The rooftop terrace is a must-visit with its cozy sitting areas.
The lockers for the dorms are small and can only accommodate essential items, which may inconvenience some guests.

The location of the hostel was excellent, with many shops, restaurants, and markets within walking distance. the staff were friendly and helpful, organizing taxis and excursions. the breakfast was delicious and filling, with a variety of Moroccan pastries. the rooftop terrace offered great views of the city.
The construction was not mentioned or explained upon arrival, causing a lot of stress and disturbance. the limited number of bathrooms for the number of guests sometimes resulted in waiting.
